The annual Creede ChuteOut Rodeo brings the exciting sport of bull riding to Creede and adds to the many attractions that Mineral County has to offer.

This 5 week Bull Riding & Barrel Racing Series will consist of 6 performances, including a Special 4th of July performance.  The ChuteOut is a fast pace, high energy and crowd thrilling show. There will be Events for the kids, fun with the rodeo clown and plenty of action for the fans to enjoy.  The Creede Chute Out is produced by Burris and Sons Bucking Bulls of Mosca, Colorado and held at the Mineral County Fairgrounds just south of Creede, Colorado!

Bull riding will be a regular event on our 2014 schedule.

Don't forget to check out our ATV RODEO this weekend on August, 4th, Sunday. We are offering an ATV safety classes for the youth from 9:30 to 11am. Sign up for the rodeo starts at 10am, with the actual rodeo happening at noon. Search and Rescue is cooking hamburgers and hot dogs. Free lunch for the youth from 6 to 18 years of age is sponsored by the Elks!

August 2nd to 4th, ROCK HOUNDS are WANTED in Creede for the ROCK SHOW! Admission is free, and there will be geology programs and lots of mineral specimens, fossils, nuggets, geodes, silver ore, opals, turquoise, jewelry, beads, and meteorites at the Underground Mining Museum to view and purchase.
